Resident Audio T2

This is a 2-channel Thunderbolt audio interface from Resident Audio — a new American company that has made its mark in the market with a line of high-quality audio interfaces.
The device is compatible with Mac and Windows platforms, supports high resolution — 24 bit / 96 kHz, and has virtually zero latency during recording and playback. The lightweight and portable T2 comes with all necessary drivers and functional software.
Two combo XLR/¼ TRS Jack inputs located on the front panel allow you to connect microphones with phantom power, instruments, and other line-level sources. Two balanced TRS outputs serve to connect monitors and external mixers. MIDI ports on the back panel provide the T2 with confident control over MIDI interfaces and MIDI controllers. Ergonomic tilted and very pleasant to the touch knobs with three-color LED backlighting allow you to quickly set optimal levels, even in low light conditions on stage.
Why Thunderbolt?
Thanks to Intel Labs developers in collaboration with Apple — Thunderbolt is the fastest advanced input/output protocol available today. It is twice as fast as USB 3.0, and twenty times faster than USB 2.0 and twelve times faster than FireWire 800. Therefore, it provides unprecedented sound quality with almost zero latency.
It should be noted that the interface has no power connector and the possibility of connecting an external power source (power supply), as the bus power is sufficient for full standalone operation.
