The studio condenser microphone is designed for recording studios where any type of recording is needed, capable of capturing vocals, piano, guitars, drums, percussion, strings, and other musical instruments and various sound sources.

The "Flamingo Junior" studio condenser microphone uses a unidirectional 1-inch diaphragm with a large VD26 capsule. The microphone sound concept is based on the old tones of vintage sound, with some modernity, adding transparent highs, ideal for vocals and fundamental low frequencies.

The "Flamingo Jr" is based on the original design of the electret capsule. The large diaphragm is made of high-quality film and gold-plated with a special gold alloy formula, providing a fast transient response, minimal sound coloration, and a high sound pressure level. The gold-plated diaphragm is tensioned on a special structure that is adjustable from the back of the body. Thus, as a result of the manufacturing process, each capsule is carefully tested for all parameters and measured in anechoic chamber for optimal performance.

"Flamingo Jr" with a cardioid polar pattern is suitable for use with the active side of the capsule, marked with the "Violet Design" logo on the microphone body, and the cardioid shape reduces the surrounding studio noise level, increasing separation from unwanted sound sources and reducing acoustic feedback. The frontal pickup is wide enough for quality sound recording from various angles. Proximity effect is minimal. (low frequency dependence on the distance of the sound source)

The microphone is designed in an open form, and the head is spherical covered with a mesh, while the acoustic filter is a copper multilayer mesh that reduces plosive sounds, breathing, pops, and wind noise, while still maintaining sound transparency.

The sturdy microphone body and original design of the built-in anti-vibration shock-mount holder effectively reduce the possibility of infrasonic interference and mechanical shocks. A compact external studio shock-mount holder is supplied with "The Junior" microphone in the standard accessory kit.

The internal preamplifier of the microphone is based entirely on Class A electronics, using the best quality components. The circuit is designed to the highest audio standards and provides linearity of the audio frequency range, high dynamics, warm sound, ultra-low self-noise, and very low distortion of any type of sound.
