t.c.electronic DBMAX is a level maximizer and sound enhancement processor for use in digital transmission tasks, connection, and radio STL.
High-resolution processing and high sampling frequency prevent unwanted distortions, listening fatigue, and defects often associated with comparable processors.
The 5-band section in DBMAX can be combined with automatic gain control, dynamic and static stereo enhancement, dynamic and static equalizer, and other tools to maximize sound impact and create a characteristic sound. Balanced and unbalanced inputs/outputs AES/EBU are standard, outputs are always active. Sampling frequency conversion can be performed when using digital inputs. Analog inputs/outputs are standard, outputs are always active.
24-bit converters scale in the analog domain, with scaling controlled by preset to minimize noise and maximize height in any working conditions. The DBMAX processor can be remotely controlled via GPI or RS48 serial inputs.
