Portable all-weather active audio system One Systems, ( POPS ) designed to meet the unique need for a professional audio system that can be used outdoors in any weather conditions. POPSSub was developed to operate in the low-frequency range with the acoustics POPS 15. POPS Sub is a subwoofer system with an 18-inch speaker, which includes a powerful onboard digital amplifier, Powersoft, that is precisely matched to the speaker. In the system POPS the enclosure, electronics, and speakers were designed for use under direct sunlight, rain, snow, and other adverse weather conditions. Its highly mobile design is perfect for portable events both indoors and outdoors. Pops SUB - equipped with an 18-inch (457 mm) low-frequency driver with a very large 4-inch (101 mm) coil. This very large diameter voice coil provides excellent reliability and high output power. The ferrite magnet of the low-frequency driver has been optimized using finite element modeling methods to ensure maximum efficiency and bandwidth. The subwoofer enclosure is made of 18 mm (0.75 inch) marine-grade birch plywood, which is coated inside and out with a durable polyurethane finish, and then covered with a layer of durable paint designed for use in harsh weather conditions and direct sunlight. The reflective paint minimizes solar overheating of the amplifier. POPS sub enclosure has been designed to provide environmental protection at the IEC 529 / IP 56 level. All its electronic switches and input/output connections provide IP 67 standard or better. POPS is equipped with an efficient digital power amplifier Powersoft® manufactured in Florence, Italy. The Powersoft amplifier provides 2000 watts of output power and has the headroom necessary for use in modern presentation and music systems. The amplifier is precisely matched to the low-frequency driver. When POPS Sub is used with Pops 15, the input signal is fed to the system full range, but in the subwoofer, a high-order digital crossover divides the signal into low and mid/high frequencies for full characteristic transmission. POPS Sub is equipped with a 30.5 m long power cord with an IP 67 rating.
