The flagship microphone system for wooden wind instruments from Applied Microphone Technology. Designed and handcrafted by AMT in the USA. The system is intended for clipping onto instruments with a flanged bell. LS is AMT's first recommendation for tenor and alto saxophonists and baritone saxophonists performing in the horn section.

LS comes with a BP45 belt preamp, a case, and AMT's disconnectable cable technology, allowing the microphone to be used wirelessly with AMT Wi5IIC, Shure, or Sabine Wireless. The Sennheiser cable is sold separately. Powered by phantom power or one AA battery. Includes a case.

LS in factory configuration is the perfect choice for a player who needs a wired (not wireless) belt setup. LS is available in five variants. (LSi, LS, LS Studio, LS + AMT wireless, LSW) All microphones are identical, and they can also be used wirelessly or with the provided preamp if needed. Choose the version by determining whether you want wired, wireless connection, or both.

AMT LS is an excellent choice for music from quiet to loud for the main performer, ensemble, or soloist. The microphone is suspended on a 4-point isolation ring, reducing tonal and noise interference during operation. Phantom power or 1 AA battery is required for wired connection/beltpack with BP45.
