The pilot tone system continuously sends data about the transmitter's status, including the position of the MUTE switch and the remaining battery charge to the receiver. Built-in charging contacts allow charging the optional BP 4000 battery pack without the need to remove it from the transmitter. After just one hour, the battery pack will be fully charged, and you can continuously use the transmitter for 12 hours.
